This Muskegon, Michigan House isn’t Haunted, It just has Great Bones
The housing market is absolutely bonkers right now. Houses are selling for thousands--if not tens of thousands of dollars--over the asking price, and even selling in record time. I mean, have you heard about the Massachusetts house that was almost completely burned up and still was listed on the market for almost $400,000?!?
But I digress.
Even though I don't think the house is going to need the help, Five Star Real Estate did something fun to make sure this house with "great bones" got noticed...it got a skeleton to give you a walk-through!
No, the House isn't Haunted, it just has Great Bones
Take a virtual walk-through with the figure that we've affectionately dubbed Mr Skeleton. He shows you through the whole house; 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and over 1,800 square feet of potential.
This house has a great start for anyone with a DIY spirit. It just needs a little TLC...and drywall and floors and paint...but this is the chance to completely make this house a home.
Take a look through the gallery below to see all the potential, as well as to see all the scary shenanigans that Mr Skeleton gets up to.

What do you think? Five Star Real Estate has this Muskegon house listed at $74,900, which isn't bad for a fixer-upper. Especially with five bedrooms and two baths. I mean, at least it isn't a pile of burned ash that's listed at $399,000 like that other house in Massachusetts.
If you're house hunting in this crazy market, we wish you all the luck in the world!
If you're working with a bigger budget, check out this house in Grosse Point that would make Belle from Beauty and the Beast jealous.
