NBA Coming Back Without the Detroit Pistons
Looks like we are going to get the NBA Back with 22 teams, but Detroit will not be one of them because they were not in playoff position.
The 22 teams would stay on the Disney Campus and play at the HP Field House at ESPN Wide World of Sports complex near Orlando, FL. HP Field House has 5,000 seats, but don't expect spectators anytime soon. Looks like they'll get to almost 75 games vs. the 82 game norm.
NBA Teams include Milwaukee, LA Lakers, Boston, Toronto, Miami, Indiana, Philly, LA Clippers, Denver, Utah, Dallas, OK City, Orlando, Brooklyn, Washington, Memphis, Portland, New Orleans, Sacramento, San Antonio and Phoenix.
Detroit will not be the only team not resuming their season - others are NY, Golden State, Chicago, Charlotte and Minnesota.
The shorter season will cost players 500 to 600 million dollars.
