Photos: What The Palace Of Auburn Hills Looks Like Now

I have seen countless shows at The Palace of Auburn Hills. And I was there for the very first one back in 1988 (the year I graduated high school and right before my freshman year at Central Michigan University - it was Sting by the way, don't judge me). Countless Pistons games, WWE events. I even had the pleasure of being onstage for a radio station concert (back in the days of 93-1 DRQ in Detroit - Electrik Kringle Jingle).

And of course, there are the infamous memories at the Palace. With the Pistons and the Pacers. Who could forget?

Well, we can keep the memories. Those will last forever. Sadly, the building will not. As demolition is now underway. And we've got the pictures. Both beautiful and devastating. Take a look at what The Palace looks like now mid demolition.
