Michigan Resident Say These Sick Day Foods Make Them Feel Better in 30 Minutes
Delsym recently commissioned the data gurus at OnePoll to find out what foods Michigan turns to when they are under the weather and, surprisingly, peanut butter and jelly didn't make the list!

Topping the list of go-to comfort foods for Mitten residents, at 65% is soup, followed by plain broth at 42%, crackers, and popsicles tied at 35%. What's more interesting is that Michigan residents claim they feel better just 30 minutes after eating any of these meals.
So what shouldn't you eat on a sick day? Unsurprisingly, spicy foods, chili, and ginger were all named as enemies of an upset stomach. What surprised me was that mac and cheese only received 22% of the love given to comfort foods.
