They (Dr. Fauci) say the best thing we can do during this pandemic is to socially distance ourselves from other people. That's why I didn't get a haircut for months. That's why there's no Big Ten football season this fall. That's why 40,000 Michigan State undergrads who thought they'd be hanging out at Rick's every night, will now be doing homework at home, under the watchful gaze of Grandma Yanni, who will constantly repeat her stories of surviving the Spanish Flu in 1918 (Grandma Yanni is very old) and killing Nazis with her bare hands as part of the French Resistance.

Where was I? Oh yeah, social distancing.
But Dr. Fauci never saw ANYTHING like Michiganders, who are now rushing to reserve cabins and yurts so they can social distance in the Porcupine Mountains of the Upper Peninsula - in the dead of winter. Who needs a mask when your breath freezes the moment it comes out of your mouth?

How do you like THEM apples, Dr Fauci?!
I apologize for my outburst. However, if you want to reserve a yurt in the Porkies - time's a wastin'. According to MLive.com, the yurts and the cabins for rent this winter at Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park are going quickly. I suggest you get on it, and make a reservation, so you can spend a few days in a yurt without a mask or clothes or inhibitions.

And do it soon. Grandma Yanni's showing some interest.
