One of Michigan's most popular destinations is finally getting the love it deserves, having been dubbed one of the nation's ten best state parks. That leaves just one question: Which one?

The National Park Service (NPS) manages five public spaces: Isle Royale National Park, Keweenaw National Historic Park, Pictured Rocks National Landshore, River Raisin National Battlefield Park, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. The remaining parks are run by either township, city, or county governments, except for the 103 operated by the State of Michigan.

Michigan's State Park system offers variety. Rocky shorelines, sandy beaches, dense forests, lighthouses, and amazing views are just a few amenities in Mitten State-operated public spaces. So, with 103 to choose from, how do you know where to go?
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has a searchable directory of Michigan State Parks (click here), but I couldn't find an official app.
