
BUSTED: 46 Illegal Aliens Charged in Michigan and Ohio
To say that the United States Attorney's Office in Michigan has been busy would be an understatement. Since January of 2025, multiple federal agencies have tracked down and charged 46 individuals who are unlawfully in the country in Michigan and Ohio.

Charges vary from drug trafficking to illegal firearms, even child pornography. These 46 folks weren't one-time offenders either. Some of them have been deported and reentered the United States more than once, twice, or even three times.
Charges Filed Against Michigan's Most "Persistent" Illegal Alien Criminals
In a press release issued by the U.S. Attorney's Office Eastern District of Michigan, they highlighted some of these individuals' charges. Here are the highlights:
- Hector Bejarano-Bejarano — The Frequent Flyer
- Has been deported 18 times. You read that right. EIGHTEEN.
- Previously convicted of human smuggling and assaulting a Border Patrol Agent
- Dulce Rubio-Rivera — Detroit' Walter White
- Arrested in Detroit with meth, ammo, and an AK-47
- Pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute 6.25 kilos of meth
- Luis Angel Alvarez-Alvarez — Child Predator
- Arrested for driving without a license plate in MIchigan
- Found in possession of child sexual abuse material
Those are just the highlights.
Michigan and Federal Law Enforcement Response
FBI, DEA, ICE, and Homeland Security offices in Michigan are cracking down, saying efforts like these are making our state a safer place. Regardless of your thoughts, it appears Michigan's law enforcement is playing Whack-a-Mole with repeat offenders.
