Christmas season means it's also holiday light show season, and here's where to check out the best ones all over Michigan. Just so you know, there will be a few outside of the Lansing area that will be quite a drive, but I wanted to mention them as they are quite well-known.

First the Lansing area holiday light shows. Lansing is having theirs at Cooley Law School Stadium again. If you didn't go to it last year, there are lights all over the field and seats in Cooley Law School Stadium plus they have hot cocoa and other treats, more here. Down in Jackson, they will be having the "Nite Lites" at MIS in Brooklyn, and it started already but it is running from Nov. 28 thru Dec. 31, 2019, more here.

If you want to head on a trip to some holiday light shows, here are a few suggestions. First in Detroit at the Detroit Zoo, they are having the Wild Lights at the Detroit Zoo. It running through the end of the year. You will have to drive to the opposite side of the state for this one in Comstock Park, but you can also check out the Christmas Lite Show, which runs from November 29 - December 23, 2019. Finally, you will have to drive to Flint for this fun holiday light event as they dress up trains with lights. The Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad runs from November 29, 2019 - December 29th. More on all of the these here.
