What Your Holiday Cocktail Choice Says About You

As we rush out to the stores to get our last-minute holiday celebration supplies, we also have decisions to make about what we will be drinking!

If you are the type of person who can actually think ahead about what you will feel like drinking on Christmas, good for you, really. I aspire to be more like you.

I am the type of person where I can't decide until I am literally on the way to the event. Maybe I'm just indecisive, maybe I'm spontaneous (which is really just *fancy* indecisiveness) and maybe (probably) it's I have stomach issues and have to decide based on how my tummy's acting at the time.

Usually I go with whatever craft beer I have left in my fridge that I think my aunts and uncles who also love craft beer would probably like to try or I just go with a bottle of wine my mom has to yell at me to actually pour into a glass because walking around taking pulls from the bottle is "a bad example for the kids."

This year, I gave some festive-themed hard seltzers a try and am thinking that is what I will go with; however, in my decision-making it got me thinking what my drink choice I show up to Christmas with would tell people about me.

That's why I did a dive into some of the cocktails we know as holiday favorites and just some of the classics and the type of person I associate that particular drink with most and here's what I've got:

Of course, this is not a definitive list and you can stray from my personal descriptions as much as you please. That being said, if you have been struggling to make a decision on what will get you "rockin' around the Christmas Tree" this year, let this be a bit of a guide!
