What Happened to “Him” on Valentines Day?

I have been listening to the commercials, seeing the billboards and such regarding Valentines day and there is definately someone missing.  Everything talks about "Her"/"She".  "Get her diamonds. Get her flowers and chocolate".  What about "Him"?  Do you exchange gifts, go to dinner or just spend time together on Valentines day?
