It's never a good sign when the USDA posts a spreadsheet to show all of the different products that are being recalled. However, that's what happened this week as Missa Bay, LLC announced that they are recalling approximately 97,272 pounds of salad products that contain meat or poultry because the lettuce ingredient may be contaminated with E. coli 0157:H7. The products were sold in many different states including here in Michigan.

Here's what you need to know about the salad products that are being recalled:

  • The products subject to recall bear the establishment number “EST. 18502B” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
  • The salad products items were produced from October 14, 2019 through October 16, 2019.
  • Some of the brand names in the recall include Aldi Bistro, Signature Farms, Marketside Bisto, Signature Cafe and Bonduelle.
