New Pizza Place Opens Today in East Lansing

Are you ready for a new pizza place?  A build your own pizza restaurant opens today in downtown East Lansing.

Lotsa Stone Fired Pizza, located at 115 E. Grand river Ave., has 10 thin crust pizzas on the menu, but specializes in customers building their own with 40 possible toppings.

The restaurant's stone fired oven cooks pizza in three minutes at 800 degrees.  The restaurant is selling 11 inch pies for $3 during its grand opening.  It's open from now until midnight tonight.

After the grand opening, customers will be able to buy 11 inch pizzas with 5 toppings for $7.99.  Here's more from the Lansing State Journal.
