Monica’s Life in a Meme
Most people know that I am married to TV 10 news anchor David Andrews, and if you follow us on Facebook, you will understand why and how I live my life in a meme.
After 30 some years of marriage (I was a child bride), we still have a blast together. A sense of humor is one of the most important things. That brings us to all of our memes.
When David first started the memes, it was fun a new way to show off our humor. He always said they did better if I was in them with him. Okay, so flattery will get you to use me in a meme. We have now reached the point, after a couple of years, that some days I am in, and other days I want nothing to do with them.
I can tell it is going to be a meme day when I come home and see the camera phone, tripod and selfie stick all sitting there, just waiting. Many days I try to make no noise and back out of the house as quietly as I can, but that doesn't work. I am usually met at the door with David saying "I have a great idea for a post today." Insert eye roll as I realize I am trapped.
So if you have never had the "pleasure" of seeing one of our memes, buckle up because here they come. Hopefully they will make you smile while you are quarantined.
