Inside Michigan's Worst Abandoned Lake House: Cass Lake

Could this be the very worst lake house in all of Michigan?
The guys from Sanborn Construction Group think so.

This little 1,000 square-foot yellow house sits with a back view of Cass Lake in Oakland County with Elizabeth Lake not far away. The house has been abandoned for a while and has widely deteriorated.

Parts of the ceiling are falling down, various leaks, growth in the windows, the roof and all the drywall need to be replaced, weak rotting floors, electric panel needs re-wiring, a backyard that is overgrown, and it's fairly obvious that lots of water has found its way in to ruin much of the house.

Good things about it?
It has an arced driveway, a side shed, and a BIG surprise: a Chevy S10 was found hidden within a boarded fence...just left abandoned along with the house.

There are some nasty spots within the house, and it could be made into a decent place to live.....according to the construction guys. Now scroll down and take a look at some photos in the gallery...
