Constructed in 2005, this is the newest home on our list. Sitting on nearly 3 acres, this 4 bed, 4 bath home is pretty roomy, with 2,280 square feet.

This house also features a kitchen that is perfect for a family and a pool. Though it's the newest build on our list, this house looks the most lived in.
Michigan $350,000 Home Budget: Listing #2 $349,900
Next up, a home that was built in 1961 and sits on a little over a quarter acre of well-landscaped yard and features built-in planter boxes and a paved outdoor basketball court. This 4 bed, 3 bath home has 2,220 square feet of living space.
This family home also has 2 fireplaces and what looks to be several updates throughout. There's even room for 2 cars in the garage and 520 square feet of finished basement.
Michigan $350,000 Home Budget: Listing #2 $339,000
The final listing in our 3-city, $350,000 home shopping tour ends with this 4 bed, 3 bath home on 0.38 acres and coming in $11,000 UNDER budget. Built in 1957, this house has 2,980 square feet of living space and an in-ground pool.
