The Guy Fieri-owned Chicken Guy! restaurant in Livonia, Michigan has closed.

The fast-casual dining restaurant opened on Saturday, April 1st, 2023. At that time there were plans to open 19 more Southeast Michigan locations.

Just over one year later, Chicken Guy! suddenly announced its closure.

According to WXYZ, the Tomey Group made the following announcement on behalf of Chicken Guy!,

"We have made the difficult decision to close Chicken Guy! Livonia on June 30th. The decision is driven by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

We are incredibly grateful for the patronage we have received from our loyal customers and the local community, and for our team members and partners who have supported us through this journey.

 

We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for our team members and have offered opportunities within our other businesses."

Chicken Guy! is known for its all-natural chicken options including chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, salad bowls, numerous sides, shakes, and more.

This leaves only one Chicken Guy! location in Michigan, which can be found at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mt. Pleasant.

• Monday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Saturday:11:00 AM to 2:00 AM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM
