Is Katie Holmes Ready to Say ‘I Do’ in Michigan?

Since her split from former hubby Tom Cruise actress Katie Holmes has been keeping her love life somewhat on the down low. Now, it looks like her latest relationship is a keeper and wedding bells are next on the list.

According to Gossip Cop there are reports that Holmes and latest love Emilio Vitolo Jr. are ready to say "I do". Not only is the couple ready to walk down the aisle, it's being reported that the wedding will take place right here in Michigan.

Holmes spent a half-million dollars back in 2013 for a vacation home in Devils Lake, Michigan, which is just 50 miles away from her hometown of Toledo, Ohio. It's  the perfect setting for a intimate wedding, especially if you're a celebrity who's trying to fly under the radar.

Holmes is reportedly reaching out “asking her friends who would be prepared to quarantine for 14 days to go to an event she wants to host in Michigan in February.” Report insiders are saying,

"It doesn’t take a genius to figure out what she’s getting at. Katie bought a stunning country home at Devil’s Lake in Michigan a few years back. It will be the most stunning wedding, her house looks like it’s been trucked in from the Kennedy compound, and given it’s the middle of the winter it will be a snowy wedding wonderland."

Keep in mind, this isn't a done deal. Katie has been close to the altar before since her split from Cruise. It was rumored she was about to tie the knot with former beau actor Jamie Foxx, also at her vacation home in Michigan, back in 2016. There have not been any formal announcements or even a ring sighting this time around.
