Michigan’s 10th Most Haunted: Mackinac Island

Finally, wrapping up Michigan's Top Ten Most Haunted locations:

At #10, it's Mackinac Island.

Some feel this is the TOP most haunted place in Michigan...and rightly so. They have tours all over the island, showing locations said to be haunted by fallen soldiers...and Indians.

The Grand Hotel was actually built over the first military cemetery on the island...sound like what happened in the film "Poltergeist"?

Fort Mackinac was investigated by "Ghost Hunters" from the SyFy channel...and Mission Point is haunted by the ghost of a young man who committed suicide from being so distraught over a failed love affair.

The island definitely has a bloody history and creepy feelings abound all around, no matter what part of the island you happen to be exploring.
