On Wednesday night, at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California, the top 11 candidates for the Republican presidential nomination gathered for their second debate.

Donald Trump came out swinging against Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, suggesting his 1 percent performance in recent polls means he shouldn't be on the stage with the other candidates. Paul responded by criticizing Trump's style of insulting his fellow Republicans.
