Finally Figured Out What The Plant Is……

This plant/shrub we have in our yard was a bit of a mystery for us. It is lovely and has beautiful leaves, but it was a gift with no tag, so we were not sure what it was going to do.

Well, we found out yesterday when the plant gave us the most beautiful flower.

The mystery has now been solved! We have a new flowering hibiscus. This beauty is known for its large brightly colored flowers. It's lovely and was a wonderful surprise to discover yesterday.
