Outdoor Crowds In East Lansing Limited To 25 People

In a news release made public on Tuesday, it was announced that outdoor gatherings in East Lansing are now limited to 25 people.

The order, issued by the Ingham County Health Department, goes into effect immediately and is in effect indefinitely because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Violators of the order could face up to six months in jail and up to a $200 fine. This order comes two weeks before students return to Michigan State University. Classes are set to start on September 2nd.
