There is family drama, and there is family drama during deer hunting season.

A DNR conservation officer recently got to see that first hand.  The officer was investigating a dispute between two brothers.

According to an official report, the 'incident' took place in Newaygo County at the start of firearm hunting season.

One brother is accused of spraying his brothers hunting area with deer repellent.  He denied at first, but when he was showed video from a trail camera he admitted that he did indeed spray in his brothers hunting area.

When asked why he sprayed the blinds, he admitted it was to scare the deer away from his brother.  A warrant request has been submitted for hunter harassment and baiting deer.

With all that drama going on, that family will sure have an interesting family Christmas.
