Abandoned, Decayed, and Slime-Ridden House: Detroit, Michigan
WARNING: Under no circumstances should you enter this property. By doing so you risk bodily harm and/or prosecution for trespassing on private property.
Wow...here’s an abandoned brick house in Detroit that I’ll bet was grand at one time. With the lock jimmied and the front door wide open, it’s a snap for anyone to enter.
At first it looks like it may have been a small apartment house at one time, until you enter some rooms; an ornate fireplace kind of squelches that thought.
Old furniture, peeling paint, black mold, ripped-to-shreds-ceilings, weeds popping through the bedroom balcony..... That upstairs staircase is pretty narrow – how the heck could they get beds and mattresses up there?
Mirrors still cling to the bedroom walls, a kitchen is all decayed and rotted with vines and foliage growing inside...how could anyone even want to touch anything in that place is beyond me. The black decay seems to ooze putrescence throughout the entire place. When I say this is a nasty-ass place, I am serious.
It sits somewhere near Joy Road in Detroit, with the address number “320” but the street name is anyone’s guess. Take a look at the photo gallery and just be glad there are others that explore these places so you don’t have to.
