Charlotte Drum Major in Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

According to News 10, Your Breaking News and Weather Authority, a Charlotte drum major secured a prime spot in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Ryan Klann, a senior at Charlotte High School, is a drum major for the schools marching band program.  Ryan is so excited about being in the Macy's parade, that he cannot believe it.

Charlotte Band Director Jerry Rose says Klann has been a leader in the program for the last two years.  He said the senior has an "intangible presence" and he feels a sense of pride seeing Klann recognized nationally.

Klann takes a lot of pride in his community and is very excited to represent his community and what his school stands for.
