Baskin Robbins Could Find a Home in Okemos
Good news ice cream lovers, seven years after the Lansing area's last Baskin Robbins store closed its doors in Frandor, the ice cream chain's 31 flavors could find a home in Okemos early next year.
According to the Lansing State Journal, Williamston residents April and Tom English are planning to open a franchise near Grand River Avenue and Marsh Road by Valentine's Day.
Tom English is a retired Army and Michigan National Guard veteran who said he grew up with Baskin Robbins ice cream.
