This summer didn't seem to last long enough, it never does, but this summer in particular.  We didn't have those extended days of hot humid air and as much as I like sunny and 75 it didn't seem like we really got a summer.  Now Fall begins at 10:29 tonight.  The thing is that as much as I mourn the end of summer, fall seems full of new possibilities.  MSU homecoming is this weekend and the apple orchards and corn mazes are up and running, a new season is most definately upon us.  This week in particular is definately the way to welcome fall.  It's going to be sunny and relatively warm all the way through the weekend.  So after tonight the days will start to get shorter, but they will also include the beautiful colors of the leaves changing and the golden look of the corn in the fields and that incredible blue sky we only get in the fall!
