Visiting an Apple Orchard in Michigan? Vacation At One With This Airbnb
Fall has arrived and we're taking part in some of our favorite autumn activities: Carving pumpkins, going on hayrides, visiting apple orchards...
While there are plenty of awesome orchards throughout Michigan for a day trip, there's one up for rent on Airbnb where you and the family can stay much longer!
And it's in a great area!
Apple Hollow Country Farmhouse sits on five acres of what was once a working apple orchard, just ten miles from downtown Traverse City, where there's plenty of cool shops, restaurants, breweries, and more to check out. It's also close to gorgeous beaches on East Grand Traverse Bay and just a few miles from the Flintfields Horse Park.
The home itself is super cool! According to the Airbnb listing, the "spacious and charmingly updated farmhouse is a historic landmark homestead built in 1875."
The 2,700 square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bathroom farmhouse sleeps 7 to 10 people.
There's also a large fully equipped country kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, laundry room, cozy fireplace, and an outside deck with seating and a grill for country sunset views, and BBQ picnics.
Pets are allowed too!
Though no longer in operation, other buildings on the property include a large barn, gift shop, and nursery.
