University of Michigan Top Public University According to Rankings
When you think of college universities throughout the United States, there are top notch universities to choose from.
Several that come to mind are Princeton, Harvard, Columbia, and what about Massachusetts Institute of Technology? You can't go wrong with any of these stellar universities.
What about the University of Michigan since we're on the subject of top ranking colleges?
How about this, the University of Michigan is one of the top public universities here in the United States. Not once, twice, or even three times, this is there sixth straight year for such an incredible accolade.

Launched in 2004, the QS World University rankings evaluates 1,300 universities on six metrics: Academic reputation (40%), employer reputation (10%), faculty-to-student ratio (20%), citations per faculty (20%), international faculty ratio (5%) and international student ratio (5%).
This top ranking of the University of Michigan will definitely push more high school graduates into possibly attending U of M this coming fall. There's no doubt that anyone who attends the University of Michigan will get the best college education and move on to what should hopefully be a top notch career choice.

"Michigan has been lauded for having high standards of research, and the university's comprehensive graduate program offers doctoral degrees in the humanities, social sciences, and STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics_ as well as professional degrees in architecture, business, medicine, law, pharmacy, nursing, social work, public health, and dentistry," according to a description of the university on the ranking's website.
