I get the allure of New York City but, you're still going to be dealing with bitter cold and people who don't respect the Michigan personal space bubble.

#2 Michigan Residents' Dream Relocation Domestic Destination: Chicago

Chicago is a great town, with incredible pizza but, there is still a ton of snow, cold temps, and it isn't called the Windy City for nothing.

Now we're talking! Los Angeles is much warmer...but now we are dealing with earthquakes and enough plastic to clog the drain of the Pacific Ocean...assuming it has one.
