It has been declared that the Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy are considered essential workers, so that means they can carry on with their work while others will be staying home during the lockdown.

This bit of good news comes from New Zealand where the Prime Minister made the announcement Monday. However this years Easter celebrations will be a bit different than  in past years.

According to a recent survey, 68% on Americans who celebrate Easter say their spending will be affected this holiday by the coronavirus. Almost half of those surveyed say they will be skipping out on candy, new outfits and Easter foods,

Two thirds of Americas say that right now they are more concerned about the coronavirus then they are the U.S. economy.

So the Easter Bunny will be working, but it looks like his load with be a bit lighter than in years past.
