Tickets Now On Sale For Mysterious Michigan Tour Of Haunted Lansing-Area Locations

Spend your evening on Thursday, Aug. 24 touring some of the most haunted and mysterious areas in Mid-Michigan!

Tickets are officially on sale for the Mysterious Michigan Tour! We at 99.1 WFMK along with our friends at Demented Mitten Tours are hosting the event -- It’s a bus tour of some of Michigan’s most haunted places along with other mysterious and notorious Lansing-area locations.

Thanks to the tremendous response to John Robinson’s “Haunted Michigan” series and the idea for a bus tour, the people at Demented Mitten Tours of Grand Ledge have graciously helped us out in planning and pull off this fun trip.

Demented Mitten Tours is Mid-Michigan’s premier paranormal touring company, specializing in the weird and macabre, offering tours of historically notorious and rumored haunted locations in the Mid-Michigan area. They offer public tours, private tours, and destination events.

With the Demented Mitten crew leading the way along with a team from Michigan State Paranormal Investigators and 99.1 WFMK’s afternoon host John Robinson, a bus full of loyal WFMK listeners will have the chance to hear the stories and see the sites. The Demented Mitten bus will start at Houlihan’s in the Lansing Mall on Thursday, August 24th at 4 pm, light hors d’oeuvres will be served while The Demented Mitten team preps you for the trip! The bus will take off around 5 p.m. and visit several mysterious locations around the Lansing area.

We will not be revealing the itinerary of locations before the event.

Expect surprises along the way like a tasty thank you from Mitten Raised Bakery in Okemos and an “I Survived the Mysterious Michigan Tour” T-shirt! Food from Pie Hole Pizza Truck will be available for purchase midway thru the tour. The tour will end back at Houlihan’s with a group photo.

Your ticket will include:

• Four-to-five-hour tour of purportedly haunted locations throughout Mid-Michigan, guided by Demented Mitten Tours and the Michigan State Paranormal Investigations team–99.1 WFMK’s John Robinson will be aboard too, of course
• Hors d’ouvres and one non-alcoholic beverage from Houlihan’s in the Lansing Mall (this is where the tour party will board the bus to begin the trip)

Tickets are $55 per person. Each ticket holder must sign this liability waiver.

This is an 18-and-older event. Plan on dressing appropriately for the weather and wearing shoes you’re comfortable walking in and don’t mind getting dirty.
