Santa Claus still fills Christmas stockings at my home, no matter how old you may be.  With that said, I am always looking for new ideas to 'help Santa out' at Christmas time.

This year my hunt for the perfect stocking stuffer has me searching all across Michigan.  There are some interesting items to be had, so I have made a list for you to check out.

For the person on your list who enjoys a cold one and a game of Euchre, and who doesn't, there is the I NEVER PASS ON A BOWER glass.  I'm pretty sure the college student in your family would love this.

How about the DETROIT -vs- EVERYBODY skull cap, honestly everyone living in Michigan needs to keep their head warm.

SOLMATE SOCKS  These are made in Charlevoix at the Lake House, these are super colorful and very cute.

For the wine lover (me) on your list there is the NAUGHTY or NICE Wines they come in red or white.  Those can be found in Travers City at Chateau Chantal  You can also book an igloo for a wine tasting,.seriously.

A MY LAKE tea towel , or a large tote to take to the beach or boating that says MICHIGAN Land of 11 Thousand Lakes. These are proudly made in Michigan.

Next on the list are soaps made in Northern Michigan with some great names like, White Pine Wonderful, Holiday Hearth and Frost.

Finally, there is the FIRE HOSE WALLET, these wallets are made from, yes you guessed it, reclaimed fire hose that were produced in the 1960's.  These stocking stuffers can be found on line at Detroit Cargo.

Happy Shopping and remember to shop Michigan
