Sidecar Slider Bar Opening in Downtown Lansing
According to the Lansing State Journal:
A bar that serves up craft beer and more than a dozen different types of sliders plans to open a location in downtown Lansing. Sidecar Slider Bar will open at 500 E. Michigan Ave. sometime this year, co-owner Steve Simon said.
I'm very excited to hear about this new bar opening soon in the Lansing area. Not only for ice cold delicious craft beers, but for slider sandwiches as well.
I like that sliders allow you to try a little bit of everything without committing to eating an entire burger. Their smaller size make them easier to share so you can try out different kinds.
The Lansing State Journal adds:
Sidecar Slider Bar will offer two dozen beers on tap and a menu that centers around 15 to 20 sliders filled with everything from pulled pork to tuna, Simon said. Most customers order two or three at a time, he said.
Okay, all this talk about craft beers and sliders is making me thirsty and very hungry. Sidecar Slider Bar will be a fun place to visit once it officially opens in downtown Lansing.
One thing this new bar will offer and it might even surprise everyone, is their peanut butter and jelly bacon cheeseburgers. I know this sounds crazy, but it actually sounds tasty.
First of all, I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and mouthwatering bacon cheeseburgers. How can you go wrong with this on the Sidecar Slider Bar menu?
