Report: MAC To Vote On Football Season

Multiple media outlets are reporting that Mid-American Conference presidents will vote on Saturday as to whether the league will play football this year.

The league originally said they were moving football to the spring but with the Big Ten Conference announcing earlier this week that they were playing in late October, the MAC might be changing its mind.

This affects the state of Michigan schools Western Michigan, Central Michigan, and Eastern Michigan.  If the MAC school presidents vote to play, they would likely start in late October, just like the Big Ten.  The MAC Championship Game would still be played in December at Ford Field.
