Priggooris Park in Bath Township is considered by some to be one of Michigan's 'Most Haunted' places. In the 1970s the park was instantly considered a dangerous place, thanks to the murders of two Charlotte girls who were camping out at the park.

Personally, I don't get the feeling the park is very haunted, if at all...

I would rather not go into the details of the murders, but if you wish to, then CLICK HERE for an article that was printed in the Clinton County News on August 18,1976.

I'm not sure if the actual murderer was ever caught, as information on this case seems very rare and sketchy. Plus, there have been multiple suspects given, so it's difficult to know which is correct.

Of course, these type of incidents usually spark rumors of hauntings...and as expected, there's one here.

People have visited the park - part of the Bengel Wildlife Center - doing their own paranormal investigations and recorded voices that they say come from 'the other side'. You can see/hear some of their findings HERE.

There are some graves within the woods. However, they seem to be the resting sites of the people of whom the Wildlife Center was named after. Nothing spooky about that.....but it can throw you if you don't expect 'em.

In the meantime, find out more about the park, the lake, and the Bengel Wildlife Center HERE.

You're free to roam the park. So if you do, be respectful and obey visiting hours.
