He was the 41st President of the United States of America and on Friday he passed away, and was looking foreword to seeing his little girl Robin who passed away in 1953 of Leukemia and the love of his life, Barbra Bush.

President Bush lived to 94, the oldest living President, and his final words were to his son George over the phone when he said "I love you too".   our Nations 41st President was quite a man.  There are a lot of lessons that Americans, and todays politician's can take from how he lived his life.

President Bush served one year as President and then lost the office to President Bill Clinton.  During the campaign things can get messy, but those two Bush and Clinton ended up becoming the best of friends after they were out of the office.

He was a man of the people, and would stop to talk to just about anyone especially folks who served in the armed forces.

Even Mikhail Gorbachev, the Soviet Leader had nothing but praise for our former President and how he treated him, saying "it was a time of great change, demanding great responsibility from everyone …..the result was the end of the Cold War and nuclear arms race.

There is a touching photo going around showing Sully, President Bush's service dog, laying beside the casket in a moving tribute the photo says "mission complete."

Former President George Bush will lie in state in the Capitol Rotunda before heading back to Houston to be buried by his little girl Robin and wife Barbra, and more than likely he will be wearing bright colored soc
