Sometimes being forgetful involves the police and a very embarrassing moment.

We've all been there.  You make a Sunday run to Home Depot to finish up a couple projects around the house.  Sometimes you get back home only to realize you forgot something you needed.  That can be frustrating.

This Ohio man took that scenario a step further last Sunday.  When he walked out of Home Depot and couldn't find his car, he called the police.  Soon after reporting his car stolen according to Cleveland.com he realized he drove his wife's car.

Luckily, he was able to cancel his call for assistance before the police arrived at the "scene of the crime."

Embarrassing moment avoided?  Well, kind of.  I mean, this is on the internet now.  Something tells me he won't make that mistake again.
