Calling all wine-o's! This one is for you.
A new study shows that wine is the healthiest choice when drinking alcohol. It lowers your risk of health issues. Those who drank spirits have a 31 percent increased risk of major cardiovascular issues and the risk of developing cirrhosis of the liver, is 48 percent higher.
You may have heard that there are some health benefits to drinking wine. Healthline says that drinking a glass of red wine a day is good for you.

I'm going to be honest, I'm not the best gift giver. But do you want to know what makes a great gift? Wine. I actually discovered one of my favorite bottles of wine because it was given to me as a birthday gift. It's Sonoma Coast's, La Crema Pinot Noir. But if you're just starting out, I'd suggest going with a sweet red or white wine and work your way up from there.
Cheers!
