New Takeout Restaurant in Grand Rapids Now Open
People love to eat and they love hearing about new restaurants opening their doors for the big "Grand Opening."
This time around we're talking about a new takeout restaurant called "Black Napkin." This new restaurant features delicious food, including smash burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, French fries that are seasoned, and house made sodas.
Black Napkin is located in Grand Rapid's Midtown neighborhood. The address is 966 Fulton St. E.
According to mlive.com:
Korin Hollinshead said she and her husband, Richardson, have long wanted to open a mom and pop-style burger shop where they could also sell their premium house made sodas created.
I enjoy writing about new restaurants because I can give you all of the information you need to know, and then you can decide when you're going to go there to enjoy a smash burger.
I hear great things about smash burgers. Not only are these burgers mouthwatering delicious, they come in several varieties too.
For example: courtesy of mlive.com:
The restaurant has four varieties of smash burgers, which are created using Michigan beef served on a sesame seed challah bun from Nantucket Baking Co. The Classic, for example, comes with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard and ketchup.
Black Napkin also features delicious Crusty Dust Fries. These fries are made with a special seasoning which includes, salt and red wine vinegar. And they top it off with some cheddar cheese.
Since they've been open in the Grand Rapids area, Black Napkin is getting really positive reviews.
Black Napkin is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 8 p.m.
