First of all, how is this possible that MSU's Kenneth Walker III didn't make the cut for  Heisman Trophy finalist? Walker is an amazing running back and absolutely should be on this list.

Just the fact that Kenneth Walker III scored 5 touchdowns against Michigan alone, is enough reason in my opinion to add him to this prestigious list of athletes.

According to the Detroit Free Press:

Adding to the sting of Walker's snub, two Big Ten East rivals were named Heisman finalists. Michigan defensive end Aidan Hutchinson and Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud were named finalists along with Pittsburgh quarterback Kenny Pickett and Alabama quarterback Bryce Young.

So what's next for Kenneth Walker III? Will Walker stay with Michigan State University or will he enter the 2022 NFL draft in 2022? I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Even though many of us feel that Kenneth Walker III should be on the Heisman Trophy finalist list, he still has quite a list of accolades.

From the Detroit Free Press:

Already named Big Ten running back of the year and first-team all-conference, Walker should receive All-America honors and is a finalist for the Maxwell Award, the Walter Camp Player of the Year and the Doak Walker Award. Those individual awards be be announced Thursday.

This has been a great year for the MSU Spartans, we ended up in 11th place in college football with a record of 10-2.

Kenneth Walker III and his MSU teammates will play in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl on Dec. 30 and well deserved I might add. GO GREEN!
