After the Nassar scandal, after President Simon, Interim President Engler, and newly appointed interim President Udpa, MSU is set to announce it's new permanent president this (Tuesday) morning. And he is Samuel Stanley Jr. of Stony Brook University in New York.

Last week, the MSU Board of Trustees scheduled a 10 a.m. special meeting for Tuesday, May 28 for personnel action.

According to reports, trustees are expected to vote on approving Stanley to become the new MSU president. (WILX)
