MSU Basketball Coach Tom Izzo Promises Changes
Not only is coach Tom Izzo scratching his head lately, but I think we're all wondering what's going on with our Michigan State Men's Basketball team?
I say too many losses lately and it's time to make the right changes to get our MSU basketball team clicking on all cylinders.
As you know, MSU lost another basketball game on Tuesday night against Iowa. The final score was 86-60 and it wasn't pretty by any means.
Personally speaking, I can't understand why we've been playing so poorly lately when we all know that this team can play very good basketball. What's it going to take?
According to mlive.com:
Izzo may not have revealed what potential lineup or rotation changes could be coming, but he made his thoughts about individual performances plenty clear. He said he was happy with his two point guards in Tuesday's loss and praised forward Malik Hall, who had 17 points as the team's only double-digit scorer.
Losing to Iowa the other night was the fifth time MSU has lost in their last six games. Something has to change and coach Tom Izzo has promised that changes are coming to see if we can get things back on track.
Will we see new changes by this coming Saturday? MSU will be at home at the Breslin Center taking on Purdue in East Lansing. Tip off time for this game is at noon.
The Spartans have been struggling lately and I'm sure they can get their act back together very soon. We need to see great shooting, rebounding, and focus hard on not turning over the basketball.
I love the MSU basketball team and we all want to see them play like we know they can. Let's just get it started on Saturday against Purdue and get another win under our belt. It doesn't hurt to rebuild confidence to get our team winning more games again.
