The number of places throughout the state of Michigan where you can buy a hunting or fishing license is plentiful. If you are planning on legally pursuing game in any season, one of your first steps should be purchasing a license and putting it where you can quickly find it while in the field.

Poachers and trespassers often underestimate the lengths Conservation Officers and Michigan's law-abiding hunters will go to get hard proof of illegal outdoor activities. Some are even foolish enough to broadcast their crimes for the masses to see on social media.
