Yes, we will have to get some breaks in the weather, BUT, if we do, we should see some meteors, through Thursday morning - without a lot of interference from the moon. According to EarthSky.org, people have been watching meteors from this shower, coming from Comet Thatcher, for over 2700 years, back to the time of Confucius. So, as you're watching, come up with something profound to say.

This shower will be visible high in the sky, from midnight to dawn, with the best viewing from away from city lights. (This is why it's good to have friends with farms)
