According to the Lansing State Journal, the Westside Neighborhood's first fitness center is expected to open this fall.

Westside Fitness plans to open by Nov. 1 at 232 N. Verlinden Ave., north of Sexton High School.  It will offer a variety of personal training options.

Anthony Lounsbery, the owner of Westside Fitness said "It's a great neighborhood, great community, and a nice location."

Lounsbery is Westside Fitness' only personal trainer.  He plans on hiring more trainers once the new location opens.

The training sessions will cater to a variety of client needs ranging from weight loss to improved athletic performance.
