Freddie Mendoza who is the owner of Lansing's King of the Grill, said the restaurant first opened in 2011, but closed in January to fix a structural issue.

King of the Grill reopened for business on Tuesday.  Hernadez said, "The support we've received so far has been overwhelming.

They will continue to serve up barbecue classic, including ribs, pulled pork and brisket, but loyal customers will notice that a few things are slightly different this time around and can expect more of a Tex Mex style.  Here's more from the Lansing State Journal.
