Lansing Area Younkers Stores Will Close By Late Summer

Lansing area Younkers stores are on their way out.  The department store chain, one at the Lansing Mall and one at the Meridian Mall, will shut down by late summer.

Bon Ton, the company that owns the retail chain, is liquidating and shutting down 200 stores across the nation.  It was forced to file bankruptcy earlier this year.
