I guess the question is just how long does it take to say goodbye?  Well for the Rock Band Kiss, apparently it is going to take another 20 months.

As the band's farewell tour continues, it was announced that the legendary rock band will be making a stop in Michigan.

Kiss will be at DTE Energy Theater (or Pine Knob depending on who you ask) next September on Friday September 11th. The last time the group hit Michigan was in Grand Rapids and Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.  Now the End of the Road tour is coming back. Reps for the band say the tour is scheduled to end in July on the 21st in New York.

Kiss has a special connection with Michigan as several major moments in the band's history took place in Michigan. Among them include the recording of the 'Alive' at Cobo Hall, and of course when the city of Cadillac was taken over by the band.

Sales for the band's DTE show go on sale to the public on Friday November 22nd.
