Michigan man will be on Netflix Squid Game: The Challenge

Lansing resident, Eddie Morris, recently shared his story with WILX-TV.

It sounds like the whole experience started off mysteriously, too.

This is a pretty big deal since the scripted series has tens of millions of fans.

What is Squid Game: The Challenge?

Contestants of the game compete in "high-stakes children's games" for a shot to win the $4.56 million cash prize.

Like the series, there's competition and people around you are eliminated.

If you've ever been tempted to be on the show, you can apply, here. Just know you have to be at least 21 years of age.
