Hot Chicken Kitchen No Longer Operating in Downtown Lansing

Another closing to add to the list, Hot Chicken Kitchen has closed after five months in downtown Lansing.

According to the Lansing State Journal, a sign posted on the window of the restaurant said it will be relocating to a new site.

Ken Stockwell, the restaurant's landlord said, "I was very disappointed, I thought the food was great."

It's the second downtown restaurant to close on the downtown strip in the past three weeks.  Sarnie Shoppe closed in the Knapp's Centre in late January.
